Among her many successful projects, in 1998, Ludmilla was the exclusive agent for the prestigious Pen Mor Farms, a 90-acre subdivision in Muttontown. And today she continues successfully to re-sell homes in that community. In 2005, she was responsible for putting together a 56-acre sub-division, The Estates at Green Fields in Old Brookville, a $22,000,000 land acquisition and accomplished record-breaking new construction sales. In 2009, she spearheaded a successful sell-out of a 6-home subdivision project, Sunview Estates at Glen Cove.
