About Michael Stanco

New construction is a niche for Michael. He has been a leader of various sales teams for new developments. Investors and developers seek his services to pinpoint a parcel, put approvals together, oversee site development, design/construct luxury homes and ultimately market and sell the finished product. On many occasions, Michael’s projects have exceeded expectations. A proud achievement in his career took place in 2014 marketing and selling the Glen Cove Mansion Hotel & Conference Center, a 55-acre former Pratt Estate on Long Island's Gold Coast. Having gained the respect of his community and colleagues, he has become a well-known North Shore real estate expert. Beyond New York, he continues to build a national network of agents and can connect clients to properties in every major market of the United States.

As a founder of the Stanco-Misiti Team at Compass, his team is pushing the boundaries of technology and marketing. An important goal for the Team is representing the region well.

In addition to real estate sales, Michael continues to run a successful generational construction and development company and brings a unique set of skills to his work. In his free time, he enjoys hanging with his family, wife and two kids playing golf and tennis.
