Born and raised in Queens, New York, Peter has always supported the development of community and small business by his personable and communicative approach towards success. Thus, his interest to join the Stanco-Misiti Team was inevitable. Peter proudly holds a plethora of connections to the surrounding Greek- American community because of his effortlessly friendly attitude and his strong geographic knowledge from Queens to Long Island.

He earned a Bachelors degree in Communications from New York Institute of Technology with a concentration in Television and Video Production. His acquired set of skills set the foundation for an easy transition towards the use of digital platforms within the real estate industry, making Peter a natural fit for Compass.

Peter also holds an artistic background as a freelance artist. Pushing the limit to the best of his ability, he has been apart of art shows and exhibitions across the five boroughs and Long Island, enhancing his network with in-person art consultations. Therefore, he clearly has a natural eye for interior design and development.

Being a restaurant manager of a family owned and operated small business for the past fifteen years, Peter truly values a strong work ethic and the importance of maintaining personal long-term relationships. Thus, he constantly strives for efficiency while meeting each client’s individualistic needs.
